KB958690

On March 10 , Microsoft released a series of updates for the Windows operating system.
For more information on these new updates, please see the Update Summary and Microsoft Security Bulletin:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894199

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS09-006.mspx

After running these updates it has been noticed that the ”Incompatible Module: Win32k.sys” error message  is now being displayed in our software; this is due to a different check sum in the MS code base. Users can either simply dismiss this error message or eliminate the error message  by removing the KB958690 update.  This can be done with the following steps:

1) Open the “Start Menu”
2) Open “Control Panel”
3) Open “Add/Remove Programs”
4) Check the box marked “Show updates”
5) Locate and select the Microsoft Security Update “KB958690″
6) Click “Remove”
7) Confirm removal of the update
8) Reboot your computer.

If Automatic Updates are enabled on your computer, this  Microsoft update may automatically download the day after you remove it, and the issue will re-appear, thus it is suggested that you disable Automatic Updates as part of this workaround.  Please check back, as this thread will be updated when a subsequent release from NComputing addresses the error message.
